Special Feature: Guest Speaker/Educator/Owner of Knit Buffalo, LLC    Jenna Meyer, Local Indie Dyer & Fiber Artisan Jenna started dyeing yarn (716knit) when she could not find colors she  wanted. It expanded into opening a yarn store, bringing unique and    heirloom quality yarns to the amazing knitters and hookers of Western    New York.  

Jenna will speak about what an Indie Dyer is and the quality that    local artisans bring to our community.  Jenna’s inventory of yarns and knitting    notions will be available for sale from her Yarn Truck! One person in truck at a time!    Knit Buffalo offers a variety of indie dyed and USA milled yarns and    knitting notions. Some current brands are: 716knit, Hedgehog Fibres,    Nerd Girl Yarns, Stonehedge Fiber Mill, Spun Right Round, and ChiaoGoo    needles.  When:  Sunday, June 28, 2020    2PM - 4PM  Arrive by 1:45 PM to setup your chair for the lecture!

Where: Residence of Liz Kovacs (outside lawn event/ under tent) 5117 Woodland Drive, Lewiston, NY Please park in my drive way or on the street but not on anyone’s lawn!

What to bring: Your own folding chair and sun hat! We are social distancing chairs 6’ apart! Bring your mask please!  Everyone must wear a mask. A knitting or crochet project you are working on! A pattern that you’d like to make and purchase yarn/needles for Your questions to ask more experienced knitters. This is a time for socialization, learning and sharing amongst like minded artisans!  Refreshments will be served!

COST:   A $5 donation will be collected for Jenna’s time and travel expenses    Attendees are exempted from the $5 donation if they make a minimum    purchase from the yarn truck of $20 or greater.
